The 2002 Salt Lake Olympic Torch uses a glass shield to protect the flame from being extinguished, and also to beautifully manipulate the shimmer of the Olympic flame!

Wow - one does have to look but this appears to be an Olympic torch, or a replica thereof. Kind of a bland setting for it, though.

nice idea. not an attractive angle though. the wall behind it(or right side of photo) has been patched up and that spot is distracting. i also think the crop is too tight on the left. more space between the torch and the outer edge of the frame would have helped. 6
