Feeding birds up at the bird recovery centre. This delightful little ambitious sparrow tried to take off with the whole slice of bread.

LOL. Nice capture indeed. The only thing holding this back from an even higher score is the background, IMO. The right side of the background is more uniform and had it looked like that throughout it would have provided a nice backdrop. Beyond that I'm not sure what else to tell you to improve. I really like the angle here with the tilt. That alone makes me visualize how this bird is trying to lift the bread. Also, good detail with the subjects and the DOF works nicely.

Nice bokeh a little too late! I like the humor in this shot, though the bread is a little blown.

A lovely shot. The sense of "turbulence" around the wings is great.

My first reaction was that I would have cropped it more tightly. But on reflection I think youve got it right. The sparrow looking on has creates just the right sense of "oh, I wanted some of that!".

great capture! Technically the bread is a little overexposed and the motion of the wings is somewhat lost in the background, but your timing is perfect!

Great Shot. If only the motion wasn't on top of an out of focus spot of the same color.

This is a great capture. It's hard to capture birds in action like this. The background in this photo distracts from the bird though.

A fascinating image. Sparrows are great little subjects - so ordinary yet so full of character. The DOF, bokeh, and colours are all pleasing.
