| How does the background enhance the nice, sharp foreground? Try getting above him so you see the water, or a get a guard tower behind him, or something. Otherwise, it's just a wide aperture shot of a lifeguard. |

| meets challenge and a nice shot of the lifegaurd but the background, which is such a large part of this photo doesn't do anything to lend itself to the subject |

| I love the reflective glasses with that "oil on water" coloration. Great with all of the blur of the green background. Nice one. |
