I think this deserved a MUCH higher score..but am sure that people didn't really like the b & w...
the background being so insignificant is probably what did you in..don't get defeated by this score...

Good capture, and composition. I would like to see the focus more on the butterfly and the eye. Right now it is on the butterfly and the hand
Also, the background is not enhancing the subject. This might have worked better as a color image for a bokeh challenge. Then we could have seen the play between the different colors in the pic. Make sense? |
