 I took this picture of a harpists hands at a local street fair. I thought his fingers were excellent "tools" for his craft. My first entry, and a novice photographer. All help welcome.

A bit more contrast would have brought out the colored strings.

Very nice detail on the handsand strings. At first I wanted to see the color of the wood but then quickly realized that it would have detracted from the hands so came to appreciate the choice for black and white. I like this photo.

this is a beautiful photo, but I think it's a bit 'weak' on this particular challenge theme...

Don't see male harpists that often! Nice shot, black and white effective here. I find the hair a bit distracting on the left though. I'd have liked more dof, or substancially less. Nice composition. 7

I would have liked a little more contrast in this photo... also I think the hands and shirt are too light... nice idea though...

This shot is beautiful. I love the curve of the harp on the right side in contrast with the straight strings. Excellent shot
