Sanitized arty desolation. I say this after seeing a couple - and there are very, very few photos in this challenge which either depict or evoke sights or feelings of desolation. A chained dog in a bad way, a girl pining for a dead mother - these are real heart-rending images of desolation which evoke feeling. So you can understand why I say your image is sanitized. But it is still an excellent photo very pleasing to look at. 8. |

I like this idea although Im not to sure about the B&W depending on the colors of the orignal i would of use it still works though 7 |

This is a gorgeous shot. That barbed wire is a perfect frame for a desolate landscape. Can't imagine why the boot is there, other than to add some interest (and it does add interest :-) I really love the b&w conversion and treatment you've done. |

I usually hate long titles, but that cracks me up GREAT composition and off centering. This is wonderful. Thanks for the chuckle and visual eye candy, pardner. |
