This is as "bokeh"-y as my simple p&s will let me have... I'm sure I'll get lots of negative comments (hey, why change things now)? Sorry it's a flower, too. I tried other less obvious objects, but nothing looked as pretty to me.
EDIT: okay, so this picture was NEVER supposed to see the light of day... i had done three versions: my original, a very saturated one, and this one. i had the saturated one entered and decided to change it at the last minute... meant to upload the original, and voila! i accidentally entered this one.
this was a version i was playing with to show my dad the wonders of photoshop... i was just doing a VERY rough demonstration on gaussian blur... my skills are MUCH better than this photo would lead you to believe...
yes, i'm mortified, and i'm sorry i made you look at it. :) please accept my humble apologies. |

Don't you just hate that "I better submit a different picture" syndrome?
I submit, un-submit, submit another, and on and on. This is lovely. I love daylillies. |
