| Good composition but the picture doesnt imply desolation - only the title does.. Perhaps if you had more of the partly built lower floors ? 5. |

| I think I underrated this image the first time I came through. i like the angle, I love the B&W and it has just the right amount of noise to give it the right feel...upping to an 8 |

| I tend not to like images which look up at the top half of buildings without providing a base. This is no exception. |
