| Cute capture, nice focus and composition...but the background is not enhancing the subject. This might have worked better as a color image for a bokeh challenge. Then we could have seen the play between say the color of the shirt and the colors of the bg. Make sense? |

A really great candid shot, but I'm not sure how well it fits the challenge. Even when I sit and think about it, I don't say, "the bokeh really enhances this picture..."
Having said that, I love this photo and given that the dark portion of the background makes the face stand out more, I can give it a decent score. |

| Beautiful portrait. I would have really enjoyed it for the challenge if it had the circles of light that typically represent clear bokeh. |
