 This is a photo of my neice Sophia dressed up in a fairy costume. We took her to a local park and started shooting through different types of "nature" frames.

Special thanks to my other neice Jasmine for helping be a "stage mom"... and of course for the hair and makeup.

Greetings from the critique club Tess,

I’m not a big fan of this image. To me, the framing actually takes away from the overall image. I think I’d like it better without it. But then you couldn’t enter it in the challengeâ€Â¦ I’d like to see the out takes from the challenge because I bet you got much better photos with no framing. Based on your other people photos I seen, you are really good at shooting people and I think you could do much better then this one.

I do like the concept and the lush green background. The soft focus is nice too, not sure if it was intentional but it works. Maybe a little saturation adjustment would give it a more surreal feel to it though? Being able to see here eyes might make it better for me as well.

pretty sure looking through a log is the only way to capture photos of fairies or their kisses, like the image
