Minor pp in Nikon Capture Editor. Levels and Curves in Photoshop, cropped a tiny bit and USM. Save for web.

After the fact:
It's the first time I submit a photo that has sensor dust, seems not to have made a huge difference.

I had actually thought of calling this indulgent architect. His name is Santiago Calatrava (Spain).

The building is in Malmö in Sweden and I have been planning to go over the bridge and have a go. The building is 190 m. high (one of the highest residential buildings in Europe) 54 storeys and it turns 90 degrees around it's own axis.

Congratulation, Gudrun! Another 6 and a great placing. You can really see your Icelandic blood coming through. Just be careful not to raise your average too high before the WPL begins!

I think this is a nice architectural photo but maybe it's slightly oversharpened. "Indulgence" isn't something that comes to mind immediately for me when I see the photo though.

This is a technically nice photo--but doesn't really portray indulgence to me. Without the title I wouldn't know why this is indulging. But otherwise the lines, and colors are interesting and engaging.

GREAT angle! The blue is perfect as can be and you (unlike me) managed to get it with zero blown highlights. I love the way you've cropped at the top to leave just enough, but not too much, blue sky.

Ahhh Sweden (or is it Norway?) that has this amazing architectural masterpiece! This is a great picture, but without the title, would be difficult to see fitting the challenge (IMHO)

is that the same building from the recent architecture challenge? too bad this was basic editing that sensor dust in the upper left hand corner is distracting, but the shot otherwise is BEAUTIFUL. 7
