Humourous. Nice colour. I might have put the spoon at an angle. It looks a bit awkward hanging straight off the side there. |

Rut Roh...the rubber ducky has the evidence on his beak. |

I am amazed how many unexpected places people can find for rubber ducks. So that was certainly unexpected find;-) |

Nice lighting, technically very good except for the flash (?) reflection in the spoon, but the message didn't work for me. Humorous, yes, but too cheesy for this challenge. |

I'm gonna score you higher just because of a unique approach to the challenge. Great whimsey. I think I might have taken the pic from a lower angle, so the duck's head was visible over the top of the bowl. |

Technically this is a good shot - nice and crisp, well composed and excellent color control. The lighting is well done and the perspective is good as well. However, if you had used a real hair or had a bug floating in the soup or even the spoon with soup and the hair/bug in it THAT would be unexpected. Also, with the spoon off to the side and clean (as in obviously not used yet) doesn't help. There is no element of finding anything. If you were in an eatery the duck would have never made it out of the kitchen. But the duck, to me, sorry, just doesn't cut it. It would never be anything even remotely plausible in any eatery.

Of all that places that one would find a rubber duckie!
Well done, and thanks for the chuckle. |

Love the color & concept. The light seems a bit bright or uneven to me personally. |
