Hey there from the Critique Club
Camera Work/Technical: Great focus on the water, but I think that I prefer the original with more water and a bit more shallow depth of field.
Lighting: You lighting is a bit harsh. The shadows on the left and the highlights on the right contrast a bit too much for my personal taste.
Composition/Content: Definitely another great capture, but, as I mentioned above, I think you need more of the water in the frame.
My Opinion: Reading back through the comments on your last one, you did exactly what the voters asked, and they scored you lower. I think both images are very nice and creative, but I prefer the original.

Oooh, now that was a tough one to reshoot I'm sure. I like the splash of color in this one, much more vibrantwith the orange and blue contrasting in the water. I also like how you are more in focus. Very cool and bumping up cause I know this had to be hard, especially to get a shot framing the eye again. :) |

Another good capture here Joe. Perosnally I preferred the original. I think the capture of the water was better as far as position, but the color of your shirt in this one may bring out a tad more interest in the reflection. Good shot overall and bumping up 1. |

For the life of me I can't find the original on this one. I remember it and I know this one is much better but I like comparing them if possible. This is very well done and I would love to know how you did it. I'm guessing mirror? An 8 to start but bumping to a 9 because I know it's a really nice improvement over the original :) |

I liked the original...but this one seems to have more appeal. The stare and the shirt colour. |

Great reshoot dude! How you manage to capture the sharpness in the water is beyond me :) Great job. |

Odd title, but quite a good photo. I like the colors and the low sunlight. |

Wow! The stop-action water is great... but that guy in the background scares me! ;-) |

better the second time around...well done! I have a water shot for the green challenge and they are HARD to do...as I found out, you get drenched and make a mess and shoot 300 frames for one good shot, so well done |
