| I love the way the light plays off the feathers in the upper half. A different crop would have made all the difference here. |

| Nice lighting. I would have liked to see more of the feather and less of the tip. There really good detail and texture at towards the top of the photo. |

| This is one of the best photos in the challenge ... subject, composition, execution and post processing. Well done. Unfortunately the thumbnail doesn't do it justice. I hope voters won't miss opening it based on the thumb alone. Obviously among my top picks this challenge. |
