I don't agree with people telling me that the picture would be better without the poppy, it would be boring.

I know that it's disturbing to have unfocused stuff in the foreground, but I thought the title would compensate for it.

I like it!

Beautiful capture of the greenery. I would have rated this much higher 7 or 8 if the flower hadn't been there. Unfortunately, it just pulls me away from the beautiful part and makes me focus on that which is not in focus.

Think I would rather not have the flower in the foreground. Looks like a big red blob. Fits the title well, be seems to distracting. The texture in the background is rad though.

The out-of-focus rose ruined it for me.

i would likt to see this with either the red flower sharp or not there. it is distracting as it is right now, the grasses are very sharp and nice.

loved the picture but the rose seems out of place. i get what you are trying to do but the wheat(?) is beautiful by itself

Glad your title says that because the flower (at first I thought it was a fish !? until I focused on the green) is rather distracting and unnecessary.

I like the concept and the composition but I think the flower needs to be in focus. Having a large, prominent foreground object out of focus when everything else is so sharp is really distracting.

notta, this doesnt work. Not for me anyway. Im sure you know what I am talking about, the rose in the front has to go. Other than that, I am really drawn to liking this photo, I think you may of been on to something with real potential. I think its the whispy clean feeling it gives. I would absolutely love to see that rose, or maybe even a sunflower right dead center of the grass (in focus), I bet that would be sweet.
