Beautiful model... and very natural in front of the lens.. I love her eyes..
What attracted me to this photo is the way you control the lighting.. It's perfect..
I would like to comment on the angle of the shot.. Her raised hand makes shows much of her biceps. this increases the size of her torso in a manly way. I'm sure she's much slimer in person, thus this photo makes her look big (not in a good way)
A slit tilt of angle may do the trick.
But still a good take |

| I happened to find these photos while following your link in the self-portrait group. I didn't happen to catch them during the Beatles challenge, but I must say your finish at 38 was good, but you deserved even better IMHO. They top some ahead of you as far as I am concerned. I love the lighting. The clarity and detail, especially in her hair, is excellent. Tones are near perfect as you have left detail visible in a dark dress while still doing justice to her complextion. Nice composition too. Well done. If I had voted in that challenge you would have "earned" and received a 9 or 10 from me. |

| Very Nice! Really love this shot, the soft focus works great with her skin and hair. IMHO i REALLY wish the focus of the photo was drawn a little more twards her eyes, i just feel with everything done so great here, i really expected the eyes to grab my attention on my first look. Very Nice though, and sorry if i was a little too picky ;-) |

| Beautiful lighting as well as an equally beautiful model. You really made the hair very attractive! My only criticizm would be to maybe clone some areas of her armpit there to make it a little more flattering. |

| A very interesting study with a lovely subject. I would have explored a slight change of body angle so as to reduce the apparant false mass that the raised shoulder has produced in conjuction with the style of attire as it sweeps down. Otherwise, the model has an arresting and very expressive face. Bump. |

| Lovely indeed! In fact it is almost perfect. I see some bright highlights on her left arm between her elbow and her finger tips I would like to tone down just a bit. If they could match the highlights on her right hand, I think it would improve the image. Still among my favorites this challenge. Well done! |

Meter Maid? Doesn't look like any I've ever come across. Surely she should have a uniform on?

Very nicely posed and light. Great catchlights. The only thing I'm unsure about is the dark dress against the black background. Looks unbalanced somehow.

| Lighting, pose, and color are all technically perfect. Her pose and eyes have a come hither look that would entice a man to ask her for tea and dinner - but I think this lovely portrait could have established a stronger connection to the Beatles song if you had the model wearing a police/meter maid hat. |
