 One of the many canal roads in my area, with a double row of trees on both sides.
I couldn\'t find the road anymore of which I took a picture three years ago, so this is my second choice.

Really wouldn\'t know how it will be doing in the challenge, I count on getting hammered.

Used layers, curve ajustments, toned in sepia, darkened, sharpened and cropped to fit the challenge.

I'm really amazed how many of the comments are implying that my entry isn't quite meeting the challenge by saying my road isn't winding. Why on earth should it be winding???? Can't you read? I didn't choose 'a long and winding road' as my title. You appearently did.

Call me old school, but this looks way overprocessed and artificial... Sorry, just my opinion.

I do not like the editing you did to this, too many halos around the trees because you burnt it too much, or something.

Wow! Very cool POV and nice leading lines. Looks a little oversharpened though. However, I like it.

The road is rather straight for this title, and the photo is way too processed.

7- great shot, but would have been better if there was an old person on the side of the road leaning up against a tree
