Absolutely - the processing is masterful! Can't wait to see what you do next!

Greetings from the Critique Club! :)
This is a great setup...your choice of subject, your lighting, your processing...they all worked together and scored very well for this challenge. The display of tension and impending doom is quite well done and I tip my hat. I think that the only suggestion I can make for an improvement would be to crop more on the right side and make it a tiny bit more off-center, but that's just a nitpick on my part.
Keep shooting, and let me know if you have any questions about this critique. :)
Take care,
Laurie |

This is most excellent. The processing, idea, comp...everything seems to be spot on. Personally, I think this was really underrated. Should have gotten top ten. Nice work, sir. |

Please share how you got this look. Really great image. Love the comp, the impending action. Everything. Especially like the desaturation and lighting. |

I belive that this wouldve been better if you had actually popped it and frozen the water in the air with a flash |

Although I like the grungy look, I feel that the ballon and dart were not necessary. Looks like you could have taken the shot of two hands with the light you used and got a spectacular shot! |

Nicely composed. The lighting is perfect for this shot as are the exposure values. I like the post-processing here. Well done. |
