 Originally I was going to do a shoot at the real palace of the governors in Santa Fe New Mexico. Plans feel through and I had to roll with it. So instead I photgraphed a wonderful structure on the University of New Mexico Campus where I school and work. I have photgraphed this structure many times but this time the light in the sky was perfect. I hope you like this entry.

Very simple and a natural duotone. The blue and orange are very complementary. Like the sweep of the image. Leads the eye to the other side, and makes you wonder if the hall ends, or what the view is like, etc.

Great contrast between the warm colors of the building and the cool sky. The lights overexposed in spots, but in this case, it almost works - if it had been toned down just a bit, it would be perfect. Overall, great shot. 8

A very strong image here.....love the lines and curves.

I like the contrast of orange and blue. The composition in good -leads the viewer in. However the railing on the left comes right at you in a way that makes me feel like I'm hit in the stomach. I'd take the picture more from the center of the path, and frame the sides with the blue sky. The lights on the pillars at the right are very blown out - too bright for the mellow mood of the photo.
