This image was the result of happening on an abandoned mill building in Dover on one of my motorcycle trips. At first I did not really want to go 'trespassing', but decided it was worth it.

The subject is not a model, nor a candid. I staged this self-portrait.

I just happened to be looking at dpc prints under industry and saw this beautiful image. It sounds like it was definitely worth the trespass. It says so much, and it is full of heart. Love this image.

What a GRRRRREAT photo! Man, what an eye to see this and take the time to stop and do this. It so paid off. Challenges involving lighting are so tough to do good in because we have so many pro's here. You did REALLY good!

A fine, detailed portrait; everything is as it should be here. The clasped hands, I think, bring s sense of determination to a pose that might have spoken of contemplation or exhaustion without that.

I would have liked a title on this. Could help to give the imagination a little bit of direction to see what the artist saw. Fantastic shot though, wouldn't change a thinng. 9

Subject, composition, and lighting area all wonderful. Is this a candid? Your subject looks very natural. Best of the challenge in my opinion. Good luck!

I like the colors here and expression of the model. I like titles, too, so the ~ rather bothers me--but the picture itself is nice.

Down in the boiler room. The tilde as a symbolic title is quite good for this one - but easy to overlook and hellish to re-find or file.

I would have liked a little detail in the darks, but a longer exposure would have ruined it. Could you have used curves to bring them up? Otherwise, this is a great photograph. You've really caught a mood, here.
