I can't believe this ranked where it did! I rated it a 10. I am sorry it came in 58th. It was in my top 5.

What an odd yet enjoyable shot. Curious how you did it. Be sure to tell when it is over. Looks like a layer?

I really enjoy this photo but I don't see it fitting the challenge that well because there are interesting things to look at throughout the background. So I don't see it as an effective use of negative space in order to support the main subject. It seams like it would fit a "perspective" challenge or some other one. It is vey good though with good clarity and bright colors. -T

This is the ocean, or a large pool? The people in the background are distracting to this shot - too much background activity makes the negative space area lose its contrast with the subject.

That face. Look at those cheeks. How much for that baby in the window? THe one with the big puffy Cheeks. :-)

This is a very interesting pic, it took me a while to realize those are swimmers way down there. I can't imagine where the father and son must be standing. I really like this a lot. 8

This is wild. I can't quite figure out where you were -- but very cool!

Uncomfortable with existing artwork. Also, your negative space has too much in it for my taste. 1

Interesting and engaging shot! the background puzzles me as it should, but remains negative space. Expression on baby is priceless!

Interesting idea, but I do not see how the father and son links in with the beautiful blue ocea with lots of people swimming in it.

Loving the blue, it would have been great if perhaps you homed in on a chosen group of people/person close enough to see details but keeping lots the blue all around. =)

Flott, var reyndar svipað konsept í einhverju dagblaðanna um daginn. Flott crop og mjög góð lýsing.

I have a feeling that the topic police will punish you for the breaks in your negative space. It is an excellent picture, however. And personally, I find it very much in keeping with the topic. The perspective is unusually interesting.
