I stopped at this photo because of its title. The thumbnail gives the impression that I'm about to see the top of a cathedral, but once I opened it I saw the top of an unfinished building. Then I realized that god is on the clouds, and men are the ones building the building, like a Babel tower type of thing.
OK, now I guess I know what I'm looking at. I'd increase the contrast a bit, saturate, so that the blue of the clouds and the darks of the building pop up off the image.
I don't know if you could go closer to the building, so that to improve on the composition. The idea is to confront the geometric and crystalline shape of the building with the amorphous clouds. AS it is, the photo is just a frontal shot of the scene, without any dramatic impact.
I'd say, it has potential, but it isn't good as it it.
In my opinion.
