Levels/curves/unsharp mask/crop/cloned away one stray hair from the face and some skin imperfections ;)

I'm not quite sure that is what they were saying.... unless, of course you want to say that piercings are today's hallucinagins (please forgive the spelling.)

cool concept i really like, i would change the background to a real sky.
maybe also take a angle more from the bottom right relatively to the one you have now. but im gonna skip that and base my vote on your originality. good job!

I saw an infomercial on late night TV talking about a treatment for that. ...or maybe it was the home shopping network trying to sell me face jewels. :D Cute and creative, but harsh lighting hurt this entry.
