| That's NOT failure... That's dinner for the scavengers and bugs. :) A well captured depiction of the sometimes grusome reality of life. This would make a great "still life" entry.... or would that be "still death"??? |

| Lighting's a bit harsh, but no question of meeting challenge. Very poignant. I may have moved that twig on the right, though. |

| Well seen and I like the tight composition here. I also like the way the leg looks like an arm painfully trying to push itself up. I think that the lighting could have been a little better. The shadow on the left is somewhat distracting. |
