This is a good shot and I completely understand the concept and message. For some reason the emotional connection seems to be elsewhere on the field. Hope that helps. |

A small comment: if I wouldn't know the topic of this challenge I would guess this player is preparing for play and not been struck out. |

very simple and it looks like failure but the colors seem a bit dull |

I like the composition, and is probably better than if he were a lefty. |

It looks more like he is getting ready to bat rather than finished. Perhaps getting him walking away with an angered expression or catching him at the end of his swing would have fit a bit better. |

wow, nice color, composition and capture of the mood, maybe a bit more contrast or sharpening, not sure which, could bring this photo out a bit more, nice work though |

Would have made more sense to see the ball going across the plate. It looks like he's going to bat. |

Great shot. Nice sharp photo. Would have been better if you had caught him swinging the bat or walking away from the plate. But this is a very good photo technically. |

Very dramatic shot here. The body language says fail so well. You've done an excellent job on your crop and composition. |

I get why this should represent failure, but wish we could see the batter's face to make sure that we can see the failure in his face. From this angle, it's not 100% clear if he has struck out or not. |
