 I set this up about 9pm tonight.... talk about last minute!

I took a whole bunch of shots in a hot sweater, and decided that I had enough of dying of the heat! So, I found the nearest articleof clothing in my basement.... a skirt! Perfect! I used it like a shirt and began snapping. I wasn't ready for the timer to go off.... and it caught me like this.

I don't know how well this will do, but I am hoping it does better than my last Self Portrait entry! LoL I had 2 in mind... and I really loved them both. Let's hope I picked the right one! :)

What were you thinking so deeply about you would forget the timer was on?

Love the contrast; especially how your hair stands out against the bg. Cute pose and nice composition. I'm not usually a big fan of borders; but it is perfect with this shot. One of the best in the challenge IMHO.

Cool hard contrast in everything. You vs the background, the border vs the background, the white dots vs the blacks, the flow of the hair on your head vs the spiky hair. Nice pose and very cool b&w. 9

Love the hair!!! I also really like this shot in black and white. Good off center composition, focus, and full tonal range. The catchlights in your eyes are great as well as the nice smooth skin tones. I like the pose and expression as well. I think the border is good, though maybe slightly on the thick side.
