 Used a black background, 2 flashes and my umbrella... Was about to cancel this challenge, but... what the heck, 4 hours to go and it is so much fun taking part, so, here I am.

Cropped it, color adjustment, curves, alittle burning and dudging and... am about to fall a sleep...

Don't get me wrong, I am a flameing hedrosexual male.... your gorgeous. the picture is not bad either. nice light, good movement, good color, a little soft.

Negative points first: The lighting is kind of flat with no shadows, I would have liked to have seen the lighting set up a little differently bringing in a few shadows amplifying the facial contours. Also I would have gone about the processing on the eyes a bit differently. The eye whites should contain a little more detail, here they come over a touch too white and most of the detail has been washed out. And the positive for last :) Skin tones are good, no drift into magenta or green as I see often. The composition is good with the negative space on the left. Maybe a little fan blowing the hair a little into the negative space might have worked too, but that is just me, I like seeing movement on shots like this. Focus and sharpness is good and not exaggerated. Bumping from 7 to 8 :)

A very nice portrait. The pose is a little weird - feels like I was watching TV and you stuck your head in front of me cuz I wasn't listening to you. ;-) Well done though - the lighting is excellent.

Perfect, I love this shot. Negative space works here to make you stand out and draws my attention to your eyes and keeps them there. Lighting is even and natural. Beautiful in every way.
