Thanks dahved. What is dimly showing in the lower left corner is a drop off of the backdrop/underdrop. Unfortunately, when I did this shot, I my calibration was wrong on my monitor. At the time of processing, I could not see that as my brightness was set way too low. I can see it now that it is set to the proper brightness.
Thanks for all the comments and compliments. I know this is dark, but the darkness was to set the mood of the title. Actually, it isn't even as dark as I wanted it. I only wanted one side of the vase to actually show more light on and the other side more dark, but oh well. A few of my entries were not as intended due to monitor calibrations being off. That is all fixed now, I HOPE, LOL....so I intend to get back on track a bit for the next few challenges. |
