| Such a great self portrait. You've got that great hollywood feel; but you, the artist, being the subject; you're just staring right at the viewer; right through the viewer. Youv'e got all that skin showing and you cut it off just as low as you can; this is interesting, quirky, and probably could have placed a bit higher. |

| Terrific shot - a bit underrated I say - though I think you should crop about a centimetre off the bottom so that the image starts just below your collarbone. |

| The pom pom hair and shoulders were an especially nice touch. I really liked the drama of this shot. One of my favs of you. One of those pics that stays in your mind for awhile after viewing. Good job! |

A primer for absolute essentials of feminine style.
Shown here is a glimpse of something living inside women & and to an extent all of us.
The basic timeless female expressions - adornment, hair, eyes, allure of body - universal but unique and presented as a legacy (title is perfect) in the form of a portrait.
J's expression is unlikely to be guarded or defensive (which seems to be hinted at) of a past which is perfectly intrepreted & shown, never ashamed..... never faded, always in bloom. This is MAGNIFICENT - erotically charged - mysterious & cool. |

| Great image. Were you a model? Look that those cheek bones. Well back to the image. Artistically I think you hit the mark spot on. I like that the catch lights are very small. Large ones may have taken away from the dark nature of the photo. My only criticism is that I would have liked the eyes tac sharp. However after trying at nauseum to do a similar image I know how difficult that is. Great job. One of my favs of the challenge. |
