| I don't get much of a sense of environment here. This man could be anyone and anywhere and I have to believe, from the title, that he is homeless. Great image but not much environment. |

| This is a terrific portrait shot. Had it included more to indicate the 'life on the street' bit, then I think it would have deserved a 10 for sure. |

| Good lighting, DOF and composition. Good detail in the face. I like his expression and the colours all go well together. My only pick is there's not much environment shown. |

First of all, I really do like this. Crisp and well focused with good DOF.
However, if not for the title I really wouldn't know anything about this guy. Because of that, its borderline as to if it meets the challenge. At least in my opinion it is. In spite of that, I'm still scoring a 7.
