| Great postered backdrop for this male environment. I like the natural skin tones, the flushed cheeks make it appear that he has really been working and not just posing. |

| good photo, but just screams candid to me. the lighting is somewhat harsh, and it seems to have a red cast to it. also, i would stay away from centrally locating your subject, unless it has a powerful statement, which this really doesn't. nothing against the photo, but it would be better if it was cropped with him on the right third line for instance. i see great potential in this image though, keep shooting. great job. 5 |

| Would have liked to see a little more of the welding shop, but at least the helmut (whatever you call his headwear) gives me an idea what he's doing/who he is. |
