"Guitar in Drops of Milk" was an interesting addition into the Still Life II challenge.
The overall image does grab attention from the red and blue poking through the background. The milk is what really gets me. I would guess you had to use milk to make the spots darker but was it like a Fat-Free milk? Just because it looks pretty thin.
I like the concept of a music note above a guitar background. Unfortunately I think the cloudy-ness of the glass or reflection is a little too foggy for a shot like this. There is one spot towards the middle that really looks like a bad drop was maybe wiped away. Plus those few drop right in the same spot really do look different from the rest of the image.
Overall I think you had a good idea and different perspective on it. Unfortunately I think the image has been done quite a bit and voters do get a little burned out. You have some different ideas which I personally love to see in challenges so I look forward to your future pieces.

Very creative and a nice touch to have the drops in a musical shape. |
