 Temple of Saint Sava in Belgrade is the biggest Orthodox church still in use in the world. It is dedicated to Saint Sava, the founder of Serbian church. It is built on the place where his reamins have been burnt by Turks, in 16th century. The church is 91 m (298.5 ft) long from east to west, and 81 m (265.7 ft) from north to south. It is 70 m (229.65 ft) tall, with the main gold-plated cross extending for 12 more metres (39.4 ft)!
The stature in the foreground is monument of Karadjordje, the great Serbian liberator, leader of the uprising against Turks and liberation from the Ottomans.

I really like the top half of the photo. The green is a litle too bright and thus detracts from the upper part of the photo.

Why does everything have to photo-realistically sharp and gaudy? The choice of place / subject is excellent. I would that it were quieter.

wonderful colors, the poop on the statue is a little nasty. i would have cropped that out myself. but nice photo

The white borders on being overexposed, the grass seems to be overly saturated, the cross is in an interesting place between his legs (hehe), and I like the inclusion of the bird since he was likely the one that left the evidence on top of the guy. It's a little over the top processed but I like it!
