 An interesting shrine near a park where we play softball. I wish the light was better. Shot with wide angle attachment. adjusted the usual stuff, levels curves contrast, saturation. USM and saved for web cropped to make the border. I'm not sure what happened if anything at this place. I think there's the form of the virgin Mary on one of the trees and that's why it's there. However there are photos of people inside the shrine and its in a really bad part of town. I've seen these shrines used for drive-by shooting memorial as well as for auto accidents.

This is a really busy photo. I have no idea what I am looking at here. I think that if you had chosen a particular part of this scene to zoom in on, then the photo might have been more interesting.

I like the technicals. However I'm having trouble connecting with this to be honest. I find myself more interested in the things that are further away in this photo including the inside, which we can't see at all. I think this would have worked better if there was someone in the shot who I can identify with.
