Funny that there is another foto taken at the same place in the challenge. Main difference is that your tram is blue, but the church in the background is the same.

I like the effecet but the light streaks distract from what cuold have been a good focal point, the cathedral.

There is another photo in the challenge taken at almost the exact same spot. I find the blurred lights too distracting in this one.

Good shot. Not something we'll be seeing over and over in this challenge, I don't think. Good juxtaposition of sharp and blur.
