| aside from being black and white, I don't know what this has to do with the topic. Looks like some nice scenery in the background. This seems like a picture waiting for a subject waiting to wander in from one side of the picture. |

Why B&W? - I of course have no idea what it was like in color, but there is a lot of people doing black and whites in this challenge...

| The oily look to the water is beautiful as is the composition. This works great for the assignment. Nicely done. Beautiful B&W, too. |

| I wanted to submit a water pic myself but thought it would've been voted down since it was more isolation instead of desolation. I'm glad you submitted this. It's a great pic worthy of prints. Good luck ;) [10] |
