Per your comments, I actually prefer this version with the distortion over the one that's straightened post processing. The "distortion" kind of adds to the picture in my humble opinion.
Awesome picture - I can easily picture this as a full-page color shot in a travel brochure! Congrats on the ribbon, too! |

*sighs* I had a good friend who used to live in that building. The last time I was there, the neon building was still in construction.

| This is awesome Maya! I didn't vote in the challenge, but you did an incredible job. How cool that the drawbridge was up, and I honestly think the building angles add to the shot. I don't think it would improve anything to have straightened them. So congrats on a job well done!!!! |

One word comes to mind when I look at this.....C R I S P .......the exposure is dead nuts. Great Job! I love how the bridge and the leading lines from the buildings on the right frames the skyscrapers in the background. My only gripe is the "Chicago SunTimes" seems a bit out-of-focus/blurry. Overall excelent image

| The sharp detail is outstanding as is the control of the exposure to avoid blowing out the highlights. The raised bridge does a good job of adding an internal frame in the shot. |

| Yikes, aren't you glad you went back out?? Wonderful shot. Having the bridge in the foreground, and the distant city framed by closer buildings really makes this shot pop. The moon adds an exclamation point. Wonderful job! |
