great idea, but could probably do with a little less perspective so you can see more of the names on the memorial.

Simple but powerful image. The lighting feels a bit dark or "flat" and I'd suggest trying a slightly different angle that shows more of the monument.

Fits the challenge perfectly. Are the people whose names you show known to you? These monuments always bring tears to my eyes, so much devastation, so much hurt.

Interesting take on the challenge and very thought-evoking. Not typical of desolation perception - but instead I think of the desolation that led to this monument's existence. I'd rather have seen more of the name list which would have given more impact as to the scale of the cause - filling the frame would have been good. [7]

good shot. Like the effect it gives when shooting at an angle. seems a litte dark though in a couple of areas
