Taken at Baltimore Aquarium May 6th 2006. I went for my birthday with my best friend! :)

These fish are usually found off the coast of Austrailia in the Pacific Ocean, so I felt the title fit well :)

Shot in RAW, lightened, USM, Neat Image to reduce noise from pic being so dark, and I cloned out a line in the water that was distracting.

Greetings from the CC.

Well, hard for me to know how to comment on this one as I have tried to take aquarium shots and often failed miserably. You however have done a great job. I really like your composition the rocks on the right and the two main and colorful fish swimming in the same direction. I also like that you can feel the movement of the water.
What I do not like is that the rock in the foreground on right is not sharp, and in fact I think the whole image could be slightly sharper. I may have also cropped a tiny bit off the bottom.
Overall a good shot, congrats on your well placed finish,
Lynn

nice colors on the fish but the clown fish are almost hidden in shadows. I would have cropped a bit further down.

Beautiful colors, but I find myself searching for a focal point, might have been nice to have one "obvious" creature

Nice shot, I like the colors. Perhaps you should have tried to focuss on the fish more.

Lovely colours. i might have cropped down the image o focus on the clown fish - the part cropped yellow fish in the background distreacts.

Lovely and great colors. Wish there was just a bit more to fill out the yellow fish on the left. I love nature movies.

Wonderful color and exposure on this, but the lack of a solid focal point detracts some.

Maybe a little tight for the fish on the left, but very nice.

This movie will not get released. It will be edited down to an hour and then appear as an episode of Nature on public television. What did you expect with such a dull title? The picture is pretty, but that's not enough to sustain interest for an entire feature!
