An image that has grown on me after some days of voting and reviewing. It conveys mood very well. Lighting and shadow are used strikingly. Composition is subtle but stronger than I first appreciated.

| the textures are good and the light, overall this just doesn't have the power for me. Could you have cropped it a bit at the top even though you would have lost the missing plaster on the wall? |

| I like the photo very much. I think a different title would add to the mood more. The one you chose is a tad too jovial for the emotional impact the shot could otherwise have. I won't mark down for that, of course. Just an observation. |

This is an excellent entry - the broken doorway gives the illusion of being granted entry into your image with a peek into something that is very desolate. Your choice of toning colors here also gives it an "older" look.

| Great angle, like the door in the foreground. For some reason I like this shot much better than many similar subject shots this challenge, I think it's the composition, it works great. Nice! |
