Went shooting with Damian at the "Basilique Notre-Dame de Montréal". Now, I suppose it was a productive photoshoot, although I didn't think so at the time. All I could think of was my new wide angle lens in the mail, everytime i bottomed out at 17mm on my widest lens.

I definitely think this is the nicest church in Montreal. Not a coincidence that places 5th and 7th depict it aswell (7th being Damian).

I was at the Basilique last year and struggled with lighting issues. Would you be willing to share how you lit this? Did the slow shutter speed do the trick?

The dark rich colors are wonderful, interesting POV, my gaze slowly makes its way to the bright star burst enjoying all the detail on the journey.

If you hadn't called it a Pulpit I would've thought this was a library I'd seen in an Indiana Jones movie.
