 A crucifix at St. Peter's Cathedral in Marquette, Michigan. Long exposure carefully zoomed. Cropped, rotated slightly and post-processed using USM, cyan tint and increased saturation.

You must provide your original photograph when requested, along with the editing steps used to create your submission.Regrettably, originals that have their EXIF modified by transfer software are not valid originals.

For those who asked about how I did this: It was a 25 sec. exposure. Zooming during the first ten seconds or so gives the ethereal background. The remaining time burns the foreground image more prominantly. Too bad I used the software provided by Nikon to import the photo to my PC!

Nice effect, im assuming it's zoom either in or out during exposure.
