the colors and tones are heavily influenced by a saturation layer set to Multiply mode

a graduated ND4 filter was used for the sky.

The white spot on the left has been found and fixed. From looking at the full-sized version, I found out that that was a car along a distant road. I removed the blue spot on the right as well. I can't tell you what it was, though. It was an unidentifiable object on the beach.

Oh mysweetpotatopie, this is awesome! The leading lines, the colors, the gradations, the shades, the tones, the interplay of light and dark. Perfect!!!!

Except - rightmost center, in the beach ... a blue dot. And leftmost center on the near hill, a bright dot. Once I saw them they were distractions.

What a beautifully perfect photo - exceptionally well done!
