 Lit (side-back) by the window light and a small silver reflector. Originally yellow color. I did a lot of steps in PS: after levels/saturation/exposure adjustments I think I applied B/W gradient map the sepia color then in CS2 shadow/highlight tool increased the midtone contrast by 50. Also applied a sepia filter.
