Nice colours. How about placing the subject in thirds position?

i'm just fascinated with this shot. i love how you can see the reflection of the sky.. and how the cleaners are positioned using the rule of thirds... to me, its perfect. i don't don't even mind that the sides of the building are not 100% aligned to the edge of the shot. well done and good luck! i know this will place high.. pun unintended! -10

I wish you cropped it tighter. Nice idea.

Looks monotonous. Would be nice if the windows reflected a sunset, but then I guess the window washers would be off work by then.

The two dimensional aspect of this photo is very interesting. I am a little unsure about the sides, especially the right? However, the colour and Rhythm for me is very effective and I love the Blues, too!

You know, I would probably myself have gone for a full window crop and left the sky out of the sides, I think the impact would have had more kick to it. This is such a good image, but somehow the sky at the sides doesn't do it the justice it should (8)

Nice, I wish you had corrected the distortion but I don't know if you can do it with basic editing... 7

IMHO, it would look much better if the sky bits were cropped. Here the sky attracts the eye away from the picture. The window cleaner's lift is enough to disrupt the pattern and make it interesting. Also it should not be in the middle of the vertical.
