I've been around and about out in the yard admiring all the great things popping up from the ground. It's nice to get close and see what's going on.

Front bloom is distracting in its unsharpness. I've done a fair bit of cherry- plum- and appletree hugging and I know it's difficult to keep it all in focus especially if the breeze comes, but that's what separates good shot from an average.

Lovely pastel colors. Focus is very uneven, though. With multiple points of distance from the camera, it is hard to get a defined focal point. Sometimes if you have a move function on the camera, you can adjust where the focus will be.

i like the softness, and shallow DOF. the flower in focus doesn't stand out that much though because its in shade.

I like the idea here, but your subject gets lost in the frame. Perhaps taking the main focus out of the center and focusing on one of the brighter blooms would have remedied all this. Great potential, just not the best of all execution.

don't like the focus

I wish that the brighter flower in the foreground were in focus. The bright spot draws the eye and it's out of focus. It's a little distracting. It's pretty though.
