I love this picture but no newspaper would take a random guy on the street shot and put that headline under it. They'd get sued! |

i could see this type of image as a photo illustration to go along with a story, but not as photojournalism in terms of capturing something unposed. |

i think this image works for showing a freaky looking guy, but as far as photojournalism goes, it looks a bit too posed. setting up shots (unless for specific environmental portrait shots of an individual) are generally not accepted in photojournalism. |

in our local elementary they actually are teaching to beware of men with overly bright umbrellas! :-) The look on his face just made me laugh -looks more goofy than mean to me - |

You've had him pose as a predator so your question becomes irrelevent. And posing itself doesn't suggest photojournalism. Pictures good. |

mmmm... doesn't quite work for me. The facial expression is too posed and it somewhat bastardizes the title. |
