 I really struggled with a an idea for this one. I don't think this will do very well, but I wanted to keep the momentum of entering challenges!

In Photoshop:

Adjustment layer to the whole image for Levels to brighten the image.
Adjustment layer to the whole image for Hue/Sat to de-sat the blue and cyan channels to take the blue colour cast off.

Cropped to size and then applied the neat image plugin to get rid of the noise on the paper (did I over do this?)

Nice take to the challenge however, I think you didn't convey enough in your photo to match the saying. It really just focuses on the first thing.

Sounds like a good saying. I will have to ask my friends to see if I can learn it in Chinese. Too bad we can't have Unicode or Big-5 characters in the image titles and comments...

The picture looks really nice, well lit, nice sharp and contrasty lettering. Good composition.

I feel like I am missing a bit of connection to the meaning of the title though based on the content of the picture...
