 While waiting for Ken, Karin, Paul, and Frank at Pike Place Market, Doc and I watched these guys at the fish stand. They're known for throwing and catching salmon and other fish when customers buy them. Since this area is just frequented by tourists, they let people in the back to catch the fish every now and then.

Yes. She did make the catch on her first try.

I used Meera's 100mm macro for this shot.

I love the expressions on her face as the fish aproaches then finaly lands in her hands. The colours are great too. I really like tripics and other composites that tell a story.

I love it!! This has got to be the first caught in action fish throwing photograph I've ever seen. Thank you for sharing something new with us :) This is just fun and fantastic! I'm so glad you made it a triptych. Her face is priceless.
