| There are not complementary colours here, I think the apple is ment to be green, but it needs to be a bright green, not a kinda red kinda green. |

| the colors look orange and yellowish-green on my monitor so I don't see any comp colors but pleasing set up |

*I am only commenting, and not voting on this challenge*
Interesting composition.. I quite likke it. However, where is the complement to the red? Green is what we're looking for, and while there are greenish aspects to your apple, it's far too muted and too yellow to really work in a challenge such as this, I suspect. An otherwise wonderful photo, and your title has made me go to google. |

| 3 - Simple enough, but in my opinion the choice of bowl and also surface compete too much for attention away from your main subjects and therefore detract, especially from the color scheme, in my opinion. Also the choice of apple and tomato together would have to be a special and unusual shot to work, in my opinion. |

| Not really complementary. The strong shadows, the reflexes on the tomato, the apple and the bowl, as weel as the background don't help either. Not a good one, sorry. |
